As we all know, branding is a core function of marketing any business. Email templates or email stationery is a vital necessity when marketing your personal brand.

It is also vital to consider, however that in the new version of Outlook (2007) Microsoft has removed the ability to use certain style formats and images - they've set Microsoft Word to be the HTML editor which takes the ability to generate professional looking email stationery back by about ten years.  So, it is even more vital to test your stationery across all email clients to be absolutely certain you know the image you're presenting to the world at large.  Having your stationery broken is not a great way to generate excitement about your services.
