Yes, I'm still alive - although rather sleep deprived due to a gigantic influx of prospective new clients. I'm not sure who's been out there raving about me or if it's just a search engine thing, but my phone is ringing off the hook! Bear with me if you're waiting to hear back, I haven't yet gotten my new assistant up to speed.

Anyway, what I felt compelled to blog about today was a FREE Online Customer Relationship manager or Contact Manager that I stumbled upon. Zoho CRM is a CRM application with tons of terrific features that’s free for 3 users and $12/month for each additional user. Zoho CRM is wonderfully suited for the sales pipeline, tracking leads from potentials to completed sales and forecasts. Zoho CRM also integrates with your web forms so leads can go right from your site to the form your database, and back out again as a .csv export.

I've just signed up for an account and I'll check out all the features to see if it's as good as it seems - then I'll report back.
